Villa Capri On Clear Lake is easy to reach & within a 20-mile radius of the Johnson Space Center, Bayport Industrial Park and the refineries in Texas City, Pasadena, Deer Park & Baytown. Fine motels & several lovely Bread & Breakfast are nearby. Villa Capri On Clear Lake is surrounded by very fine marinas & yacht clubs. We are just down the road & across the bridge from the Kemah Boardwalk. All-Day Seminars If your company is planning an all-day seminar, look no further. We provide a Continental Breakfast, pitchers of ice water & mid-morning snack. Your group breaks for lunch & partakes in our noonday buffet & salad bar in the restaurant dining room. We provide a mid-afternoon snack & beverages. Many groups finish off the day with either a cocktail party and/or dinner in the dining room or in the banquet room. Two Private Facilities The upstairs banquet room with large balcony is environmentally perfect for groups of 12 to 45 people. The Old World ambience & charm of Casa Mia, the banquet house adjoining the restaurant, is an ideal setting for your party. The courtyard-patio with outside bar is a favorite gathering place. In inclement weather the massive fireplace in the great room is warm and inviting. We accommodate up to 125 people for full-service sit-down dinner parties. For buffet dinners & cocktail parties we accommodate up to 250 people. We invite bus groups visiting Space Center NASA.
