Frankie & Giuseppe grew up in the hospitality business. Their father was an important, well loved, manager of a hotel restaurant on the beautiful Isle of Capri off Naples, Italy. The boys, as children, worked in the hotel kitchens, gaining experience from the ground up. Today they expect the same, or more, attention to detail form their staff as they learned from their father.
